WebMintPro™ Privacy Policy

WebMintPro is operated by ILLRICH LLC ("WebMintPro", "we", "us"). This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have.

1. What data we collect

  • Name and email at signup
  • Search history
  • Saved leads and generated websites
  • Usage data (basic analytics about how the product is used)
  • Technical & connection data: IP address, approximate location (country, region, city), timezone, ISP / organization, ASN, connection type, browser user-agent, and device characteristics. This is collected for every signed-in session, worldwide.

1a. Why we collect IP and device information

We collect IP address and device/connection details for the following strictly limited purposes:

  • Security: detect suspicious logins, account takeover attempts, and brute-force attacks.
  • Abuse prevention: block IPs that violate our Terms and identify shared/fraudulent accounts.
  • Fraud detection: flag impossible-travel logins and high-risk regions.
  • Product improvement: understand aggregate usage patterns (which regions, ISPs, device types) to make WebMintPro better.
  • Legal & compliance: respond to lawful requests and keep audit logs of administrative actions.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your IP address, location, or device information with any third party for marketing, advertising, or data-broker purposes — ever. These details are visible only to authorized WebMintPro staff investigating security or abuse events, and are never displayed to other users.

To enrich an IP with location and network metadata during a security investigation, we may query public IP-intelligence services (e.g. ipwho.is, ipapi.co). Only the IP address being investigated is sent — never your account details.

1b. Your rights (worldwide)

WebMintPro serves users globally. Wherever you are, you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to legal record-keeping obligations such as fraud-prevention audit logs). EU/UK users have rights under GDPR; California users have rights under CCPA/CPRA; users in other jurisdictions have equivalent rights under applicable local law. Contact privacy@webmintpro.com.

Retention: login events and security logs are retained for up to 24 months for fraud/abuse investigation, then deleted or anonymized.

2. How we use data

  • To provide the WebMintPro service
  • To send account-related emails
  • To improve the product
  • We never sell user data to third parties

3. Third party processors

We share the minimum data necessary with the following processors to operate the service:

  • Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage for your account and content.
  • Stripe — handles all payment information directly. Card numbers and bank details never touch our servers.
  • AI provider (Anthropic and Google AI) — generates website drafts and Business Health Reports from the business information you submit.
  • Messaging providers (Twilio and Bland) — send SMS and place outbound calls when you have opted in.
  • Google Places API — looks up business listings to seed your preview.
  • Lovable Cloud — hosting and infrastructure.

Each processor only receives the data needed for its task. Payment details stay with Stripe. AI providers receive only the business details required to draft your site or report.

4. Data retention, access, and deletion

Account data is kept until you delete your account. Security and login logs are kept up to 24 months for fraud investigation. You can request a copy of your data or its deletion at any time by emailing OJ@WebMintPro.com.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication only. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

6. User rights

You can access, delete, or export your data at any time by contacting us.

SMS Messaging

WebMintPro may send SMS text messages to business phone numbers as follow-up communications after an outbound call attempt by our AI agent.

Message frequency: Approximately 1 to 2 messages per business contact total.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.

To opt out of SMS messages at any time reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After texting STOP you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

We do not sell, share, or disclose mobile phone numbers to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
