WebMintPro helps users find local businesses without websites and generate AI prototype websites for pitching purposes.
3. User Responsibilities
- Users are responsible for their own outreach
- Must comply with CAN-SPAM and local email laws
- Must not use the tool for spam or harassment
- Must not resell or redistribute WebMintPro data
4. Intellectual Property
- WebMintPro owns the platform and code
- Users own their generated websites and lead data
- WebMintPro name, logo, and brand are protected
5. Limitation of Liability
- WebMintPro is provided "as is"
- We are not liable for outcomes of user outreach
- We do not guarantee specific lead numbers or results
6. Termination
- We may terminate accounts that violate these terms
- Users can delete their account at any time
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
