WebMintPro™ Terms of Service

By using WebMintPro you agree to these terms.

WebMintPro helps users find local businesses without websites and generate AI prototype websites for pitching purposes.

• Users are responsible for their own outreach
• Must comply with CAN-SPAM and local email laws
• Must not use the tool for spam or harassment
• Must not resell or redistribute WebMintPro data

All software, source code, compiled bundles, design system, layouts, copy, graphics, logos, brand assets, AI prompts, generation pipelines, and underlying architecture of WebMintPro are the exclusive property of WebMintPro and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Lead. Build. Pitch. is a trademark of WebMintPro.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the WebMintPro service strictly as intended. You are expressly prohibited from copying, mirroring, scraping, reverse engineering, decompiling, deobfuscating, disassembling, republishing, framing, embedding, redistributing, modifying, creating derivative works of, or otherwise exploiting any portion of the WebMintPro frontend, backend, database schema, API responses, or visual design, in whole or in part, by any means including automated tools, browser developer tools, AI agents, or screen-recording. Bypassing or attempting to bypass any technical protection measure, including code obfuscation, rate limiting, authentication, or access controls, is a material breach of these terms and a violation of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. Section 1201) and equivalent laws worldwide.

Users retain ownership of the lead data they collect and the prototype websites generated for their own outreach. WebMintPro retains ownership of the generation engine, templates, prompt library, and all platform code that produces those outputs.

Violations will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law, including DMCA takedown notices, injunctive relief, statutory damages, and recovery of attorneys' fees. Report infringement to legal@webmintpro.com.

• We do not guarantee specific lead numbers or results

• We may terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Users can delete their account at any time

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

By providing a phone number and engaging with WebMintPro's outreach services you consent to receive SMS text messages from WebMintPro.

Messages will only be sent as follow-up communications after an outbound call attempt to your business.
